“We’ll Win,” says Alan Brazil, AP McCoy team up to attack Ally McCoist during Rangers vs. Celtic live on television

Rangers manager Philippe Clement

Rangers’ situation has improved thanks to Philippe Clement.

Alan Brazil asserts that Celtic had won the SPFL title because AP McCoy said that continuing to defeat Rangers was “boring.”

On March 13, when they fought the Hoops’ case after losing the league lead to the Light Blues, the talkSPORT host and the former champion jockey both made jabs at Ally McCoist live on the radio.

In the three seasons since Philippe Clement moved to Ibrox, the Greens have only won two Old Firm derbies in the Scottish Premiership, but they have reversed a seven-point deficit at the top of the table into a two-point lead.

Upon McCoy’s dismissal of the reversal this season, saying at 9:45 a.m. that “beating Rangers all the time was getting a bit boring,” McCoist questioned his opposing number, “have you given up in the league?”

“No, no, no, the league is over,” Brazil retorted. “As I’ve previously stated, the league is finished. We’ll defeat you both at Parkhead and Ibrox.

Rangers and Celtic tilt the title race before of their April Ibrox match.

Since Michael Beale’s departure, Celtic supporters have had to give up a sizable advantage in the league, and Brendan Rodgers is now under increased pressure. Nevertheless, Celtic supporters must bravely accept this.

Despite their significant comeback under Clement, they are far from over, and the Belgian still needs to win against the Old Firm.

Although it would be extremely disappointing to lose out on the club’s first SPFL title in three seasons from this position, it is not guaranteed because the team is still fighting on three fronts, with one trophy already won and numerous injury concerns.

Even though Ibrox surprised Motherwell in their most recent league match, there is currently confidence throughout the stadium. However, if they continue to lose players at the current rate, it is unclear how long they will be able to maintain their challenge in all directions.

After a 2-2 draw in Lisbon, Rangers advanced to the Scottish Cup semifinals against Hearts and now face Benfica in the Europa League last 16.

Dujon Sterling is hoping for four trophies, but regardless of how many the team ends up with this season, it’s a significant improvement over the first few months.
