Shrewsbury Town has secured the signing of Rayhaan Tulloch, formerly with West Bromwich Albion, on a short-term deal until the end of the season. Tulloch, a 23-year-old attacker, had limited playing time at West Brom, making seven appearances off the bench before being released in February. However, he brings considerable EFL experience from loan spells at clubs like Doncaster Rovers, Rochdale, and Bradford City.

Shrewsbury’s head coach, Paul Hurst, expressed satisfaction with Tulloch’s performance during training, stating that his attitude and work ethic warranted a contract. Hurst believes Tulloch’s addition strengthens the team’s attacking options, particularly given the potential for injuries in the final stretch of the League One campaign.

Hurst highlighted Tulloch’s versatility, noting his ability to play on either side or centrally, potentially alongside a strike partner. He emphasized the need for Tulloch to seize the opportunity and earn minutes to contribute to the team’s efforts in the remaining ten games of the season.

Despite being named on the bench for a match against his former manager Darren Moore’s side, whom he worked under at Doncaster, Tulloch did not make his debut for Shrewsbury Town in that fixture.
